  • • 2 TABLESPOONS OF CACAO NIBS OR 2 CACAO WAFERS
  • • 2 DATES
  • • 1 TABLESPOON OF BIJA PLANT-BASED COLLAGEN
  • • 1/2 TEASPOON OF CINNAMON
  • • 1/2 TEASPOON OF CARDAMOM

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1. ADD EVERYTHING TO A HIGH SPEED BLENDER AND BLEND ON HIGH.
  2. 2. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A BLENDER USE BIJA BLACK BAMBOO WHISK TO MIX WELL, SUB DATES FOR 1 TABLESPOON OF DATE SUGAR. IF USING WHISK HEAT YOUR INGREDIENTS FIRST!
