READY TO DATE FUDGE


SERVING SIZE: MAKES 36 PIECES

INGREDIENTS:

  • • 3 CUPS PITTED DATES
  • • 1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
  • • 3 TABLESPOONS RAW CACAO POWDER (PLUS EXTRA FOR DUSTING)
  • • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA PASSION BLEND

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1. SOAK DATES AND WALNUTS IN BOILING WATER AND LET SIT FOR 30 MINUTES.
  2. 2. DRAIN, AND THEN TRANSFER TO A FOOD PROCESSOR. ADD BIJA BLEND AND CACAO POWDER THEN BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
  3. 3. TRANSFER TO A SMALL 6”x6” CONTAINER AND FREEZE FOR 3 HOURS.
  4. 4. AFTERWARDS, REMOVE FROM FREEZER, DUST WITH CACAO POWDER AND CUT INTO 1”x1” SQUARES. STORE IN FREEZER.
