SERVING SIZE: MAKES 6 POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS:

POPSICLE:
  • • 1 AND 2/3 CUPS COCONUT MILK
  • • 2 CUPS STRAWBERRIES
  • • 1/4 CUP RASPBERRIES
  • • 1/4 CUP DATE OR MAPLE SYRUP
  • • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA PASSION BLEND

GARNISH:
  • • 1/4 CUP VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIPS (MELTED)
  • • 2 TABLESPOONS EDIBLE FLOWER PETALS
  • • 1 TABLESPOON HEMP SEEDS

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1. BLEND POPSICLE INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH.
  2. 2. POUR MIXTURE INTO POPSICLE MOULDS AND FREEZE OVERNIGHT.
  3. 3. WHEN READY TO SERVE, GARNISH WITH CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE AND SPRINKLE WITH PETALS AND SEEDS.
