FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • • 1 CUP COCONUT MILK
  • • 1 RIPE BANANA
  • • 2 CUPS BERRIES, SOME FOR GARNISHING
  • • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA ANTI-AGING BLEND
  • • 2 TABLESPOONS BIJA ORGANIC BLACK CHIA SEEDS
  • • 1 TEASPOON HEMP SEEDS
  • • 2 TABLESPOONS DATE SYRUP OR MAPLE SYRUP

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1. IN A LARGE GLASS JAR, COMBINE CHIA SEEDS, COCONUT MILK AND DATE OR MAPLE SYRUP. LET SIT IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT.
  2. 2. IN A BLENDER, COMBINE BERRIES, BANANA AND BIJA BLEND.
  3. 3. TRANSFER 1/3 OF SMOOTHIE MIXTURE INTO 2 LARGE GLASS JARS.
  4. 4. ADD 1/3 CHIA MIXTURE INTO SMOOTHIE MIXTURE THEN TRANSFER ANOTHER LAYER INTO THE GLASS JARS.
  5. 5. REPEAT PROCESS UNTIL ALL MIXTURES ARE POURED INTO THE GLASS JARS, CREATING AN OMBRÉ EFFECT.
  6. 6. GARNISH WITH BERRIES, SEEDS AND EDIBLE FLOWERS.
