INGREDIENTS:
- • 1 CUP COCONUT MILK
- • 1 RIPE BANANA
- • 2 CUPS BERRIES, SOME FOR GARNISHING
- • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA ANTI-AGING BLEND
- • 2 TABLESPOONS BIJA ORGANIC BLACK CHIA SEEDS
- • 1 TEASPOON HEMP SEEDS
- • 2 TABLESPOONS DATE SYRUP OR MAPLE SYRUP
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1. IN A LARGE GLASS JAR, COMBINE CHIA SEEDS, COCONUT MILK AND DATE OR MAPLE SYRUP. LET SIT IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT.
- 2. IN A BLENDER, COMBINE BERRIES, BANANA AND BIJA BLEND.
- 3. TRANSFER 1/3 OF SMOOTHIE MIXTURE INTO 2 LARGE GLASS JARS.
- 4. ADD 1/3 CHIA MIXTURE INTO SMOOTHIE MIXTURE THEN TRANSFER ANOTHER LAYER INTO THE GLASS JARS.
- 5. REPEAT PROCESS UNTIL ALL MIXTURES ARE POURED INTO THE GLASS JARS, CREATING AN OMBRÉ EFFECT.
- 6. GARNISH WITH BERRIES, SEEDS AND EDIBLE FLOWERS.
