INGREDIENTS:

  • • 1/2 CUP BROWN RICE FLOUR
  • • 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
  • • 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
  • • 2 BANANAS (MASHED)
  • • 2 TEASPOONS BUTTERFLY PEA POWDER
  • • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA ANTI-AGING BLEND
  • • 3/4 CUP NUT MILK OF ANY KIND
  • • 3 TABLESPOONS DATE OR MAPLE SYRUP

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL.
  2. 2. GRADUALLY STIR IN BANANAS, NUT MILK AND DATE OR MAPLE SYRUP. WHISK UNTIL CLUMP FREE.
  3. 3. PREHEAT WAFFLE MAKER TO MEDIUM HEAT AND GREASE WITH COCONUT OIL OR PREFERRED COOKING OIL.
  4. 4. TRANSFER BATTER TO WAFFLE MAKER AND COOK ACCORDING TO MAKER’S INSTRUCTIONS.
  5. 5. PLACE WAFFLES ON A PLATE, GARNISH WITH BERRIES AND SERVE WITH DATE OR MAPLE SYRUP.
