INGREDIENTS:
- • 2 BANANAS (CHOPPED AND FROZEN)
- • 1 CUP NUT MILKOF ANY KIND
- • 1 TABLESPOON FLAX SEEDS
- • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA BALANCE BLEND
- • 1 TEASPOON ACTIVATED CHARCOAL POWDER
- • 2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- • 1 CUP FRESH MIXED BERRIES
- • 2 TABLESPOONS SHREDDED COCONUT (UNSWEETENED)
- • 1 TABLESPOON HEMP SEEDS
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1. IN A BLENDER MIX BANANAS, NUT MILK AND FLAX SEEDS.
- 2. TRANSFER 1/2 SMOOTHIE MIXTURE INTO TWO SMALL BOWLS.
- 3. WITH REMAINING MIXTURE ADD BIJA BLEND, CHARCOAL AND VANILLA. BLEND TOGETHER.
- 4. TRANSFER SMOOTHIE MIXTURE BY SLOWLY POURING INTO ONE SIDE OF EACH BOWL.
- 5. USE A SPOON TO GENTLY SWIRL, THEN GARNISH WITH BERRIES, COCONUT AND SEEDS.
