INGREDIENTS:

  • • 2 BANANAS (CHOPPED AND FROZEN)
  • • 1 CUP NUT MILKOF ANY KIND
  • • 1 TABLESPOON FLAX SEEDS
  • • 1 TABLESPOON BIJA BALANCE BLEND
  • • 1 TEASPOON ACTIVATED CHARCOAL POWDER
  • • 2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  • • 1 CUP FRESH MIXED BERRIES
  • • 2 TABLESPOONS SHREDDED COCONUT (UNSWEETENED)
  • • 1 TABLESPOON HEMP SEEDS

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1. IN A BLENDER MIX BANANAS, NUT MILK AND FLAX SEEDS.
  2. 2. TRANSFER 1/2 SMOOTHIE MIXTURE INTO TWO SMALL BOWLS.
  3. 3. WITH REMAINING MIXTURE ADD BIJA BLEND, CHARCOAL AND VANILLA. BLEND TOGETHER.
  4. 4. TRANSFER SMOOTHIE MIXTURE BY SLOWLY POURING INTO ONE SIDE OF EACH BOWL.
  5. 5. USE A SPOON TO GENTLY SWIRL, THEN GARNISH WITH BERRIES, COCONUT AND SEEDS.
